1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Hubber Web for web design services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before starting a project.
2. Services
Hubber Web provides web design and development services including landing pages, multi-page websites, and conversion funnels. Specific deliverables for each project are agreed upon during the discovery call and documented before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% of the project fee is due upfront before work begins
- Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files and access are handed over
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
4. Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines are provided at project start
- Delays caused by late content delivery or feedback from the client may extend the timeline
- We will communicate any timeline changes promptly
5. Revisions
- Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions
- Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges
- Revision requests should be consolidated and submitted in writing
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all custom design and code files become your property
- We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licenses
7. Post-Launch Support
- 30 days of free support is included after launch
- Support covers bug fixes, minor text/image changes, and technical issues
- Major design changes or new features are quoted separately
8. Limitation of Liability
Hubber Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice
- If you terminate, payment for work completed up to that point is due
- If we terminate, we will refund any payment for undelivered work
